Ray Mirra Philadelphia Eagles And professional American football franchise

Ray Mirra is a Philly sports guru. He’s also a Jaguars, hockey and college football fan. He’s an attorney who writes about the Eagles, Eagles Fantasy Football, Recruiting and the NFL. He appears on-air at Comcast Sportsnet in his many characters – mostly in Eagles Pre Game and Post. He’s a Philadelphia Eagles, NHL, MLB and College Football fanatic. For the past five years, Mirra has been a part of the Eagles as the team’s official mascot. The only game he didn’t make this season was the Week 17 against Dallas. Mirra explained that the Eagles did not want to risk him getting injured before the playoffs. I had to sacrifice myself for the team, and I’m ok with that, Ray Mirra said.

I’m a play-by-play announcer for the Philadelphia Eagles Radio Network and president of my own production company, Mirra Productions. I am also an Emmy award winning sports media personality who writes for several sports websites and sports publications. We have been enjoying a second year of growth in our business, and I have now reached a point where I need to hire help. It is my desire to find that help in the form of a writer.

The Philadelphia Eagles are a professional American football franchise based in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Eagles compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league’s National Football Conference (NFC) East division. When does a mobile game become too addictive? Is it when you check your phone for messages and find you’ve played for hours?

Philadelphian Reporter

I was a reporter with the Philadelphia Eagles for 12 years. During that time I interviewed hundreds of players, coaches and general managers. I also attended Super Bowls, football games and all kinds of functions. My job was to interview players, but sometimes their quotes were just not good enough for television. Then I would use my own thoughts to create other characters and add humor to the show.

Sometimes it’s best to make dramatic entrances. Other times it’s better to just blend in and let your work speak for you. Throughout his writing career, Raymond Mirra has been working hard to be seen as a serious writer. Not only has he earned a reputation as a sports enthusiast and football expert, but he also has the credentials — he is a Ph.D. in English Literature and a member of the Phi Alpha Theta honors society. As the Eagles head coach, I’m not only a league genius and innovator, I’m also a prominent voice in the sports blogging community.

Philadelphia is one of the best cities in the country for sports fans. From the sports facilities, to the sports stars and teams, the city is the world’s most popular games. As a writer, I love to visit other cities and see how they approach their sport by comparing it to Philadelphia. Some of my best stories have come from visiting other stadiums and writing about both their on-field or court play, as well as their atmosphere and fan base. Ray Mirra is the personality behind Eagles Pre-Game and Post show on NBC3. He’s been named the most powerful sports media person in PA by the Philadelphia Sports Writers Association, an award he also won in 2011.
